Returns and Refund

If there is an issue on the product not arriving, breaking in the post or not being in good condition upon delivery we will make sure another product is sent out to you right away. 

We have a 30 day satisfaction policy on all our skincare products. Providing that the product has only been partially used and is able to be returned customers can get a full refund on a product if there is an issue with the quality or the reaction it has on your skin. 

*In case of reactions we ask that you send us full details of the issue so that we are able to further investigate or advise you on solutions. We cannot be held responsible for reactions individuals have to our ingredients listed. 

*If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the product or the effect it has on your skin we would also love a description of what could be rectified for the future. 

Customers can receive a full refund for the product or be sent an exchange to a product better suited. Refunds unfortunately do not include postal fees.

We cannot be held responsible for broken, lost or stolen Earth Remedies items in the home. However if your package gets lost or broken in the mail we will send you a replacement. Please make sure that you have the correct shipping address as we will only send a replacement once.
