Our Products are shipped within 2 - 5 working days of ordering. Depending on the postage you select it will then be another 1 - 3 working days of postage.

 All our products are handmade in small batches and we keep our stock low so it is sent out fresh. If you need a product sooner for an occasion please get in touch and we will try our best to get it out in time. 

If any orders are lost in the mail we will send you a replacement within 5 working days. Please make sure that the address is correct as we will only send a replacement once.
