Disputes

We will always endeavour to solve any disputes to your satisfaction. Please be aware that we are UK based and all disputes will therefore be solved in the UK. 

Reactions

As mentioned above if you have a reaction to a product we will issue a full refund or send you a free alternative. Our products are made from 100% natural ingredient, people can have allergies or reactions to natural materials. We will do our best to help you find out ingredient caused the reaction but we are not liable for any reaction caused. 

All products are made in a factory with nut oils and not suitable for high nut allergies. 

Spa Appointments

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any missed appointment or appointment cancelled after a 24 hour period will be charged the full £20 deposit. In the case of extenuating circumstances we are able forgo the charge at our own discretion. Our time is important and late cancellations result in us being unable to book in other clients and loosing out on both our time and our money. If you wish to cancel last minute and manage to fill your own appointment with a friend we will negate the charge. 

Massage Aftercare 

We are not liable for any injuries sustained before, after or during a treatment that were not the cause of a health and safety hazard. Reactions to deep tissue massage can vary and will sometimes cause bruising or swelling. In order to get relief on deeper muscles below the skin the therapist must apply pressure to the skin, and this can in some cases cause bruising and redness. Any complains about the strength of the massage must be made during the appointment. By coming for a massage and signing the form you consent to having pressure applied by the therapist to the body in the act of massage. We are therefore not liable for any injuries due to pressure applied to the body.

Please be aware that having a massage requires aftercare as it is a healing treatment and detoxification process. The body will be pushing out both emotional, and physical tension. You must not drink any alcohol or consume non prescriptive drugs 24 hours before or 24 hours after the massage. Try to avoid heavy food, stress, exercise and smoking. Keep your body hydrated while it is flushing out toxic. Ideally rest and relaxation should be taken after a massage. We are not liable for any bodily reactions after a massage.
