Directions: add two to five pumps of tonic into a cup of cold water. Rinse over hair after shampoo, massage into scalp, add conditioner to tips if needed & leave for 5-10min. Rinse with cold water for best effect. When not wanting to shampoo, use formula alone. Recommend rinsing hair every day to every two days for effect.
